Bagful provides web hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated servers, domain registration and management, email and collaboration services (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, BagfulPro Mail), SSL certificates, web application firewall, managed cloud services (AWS, Azure, Akamai/Linode), and related infrastructure consulting.
Each service is described on its respective product page with specific features, resource allocations, and pricing. We take care to describe our services accurately — nothing is marketed as "unlimited" unless it genuinely is.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at our discretion for violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
We do not offer refunds. Every service we sell has a clear product description with specific resource allocations, features, and limitations. You get exactly what is described on the product page — nothing more, nothing less.
We encourage you to review product specifications carefully before purchasing. If you have any questions about whether a service fits your requirements, contact us before ordering — we are happy to advise.
Domain registrations, SSL certificates, and third-party licence fees (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace) are non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are provisioned immediately with upstream providers.
We strive to maintain high availability across all our infrastructure. Specific uptime commitments are detailed on individual product pages and, where applicable, in formal Service Level Agreements executed with individual clients.
Planned maintenance is scheduled during off-peak hours and communicated in advance via email and our network status page. Emergency maintenance may occur without prior notice when required to protect the security or integrity of our infrastructure.
For managed services, cloud consulting, dedicated infrastructure, and enterprise engagements, we execute formal agreements on a client-by-client basis. These may include:

Your use of our services is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services without refund.
While we implement regular backup procedures across our infrastructure, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We strongly recommend maintaining independent copies of all critical data.
In the event of hardware failure, natural disaster, or other unforeseen circumstances, our liability is limited to restoring from the most recent available backup. We do not guarantee the availability or completeness of backups.
You retain all ownership rights to your content, code, data, and intellectual property hosted on our infrastructure. We claim no ownership over your content.
The Bagful name, logo, website design, and original content are the property of Bagful International LLP and may not be reproduced without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bagful's total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, business, or profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bagful International LLP, its partners, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
