cPanel / Webmail email: Log in to cPanel → Email Accounts → find your account → click Change Password. If you've lost cPanel access too, contact your hosting provider.
Microsoft 365: If you have admin access: Microsoft 365 Admin Centre → Users → Active Users → select user → Reset Password. If you've lost admin access, call Microsoft support or contact Bagful.
Google Workspace: Admin console → Users → click user → Reset Password. If locked out of admin account, use Google's account recovery process.
Store email credentials in a password manager (1Password, Bitwarden, LastPass). Enable account recovery options. For business continuity, ensure at least two people have admin access to your email platform.
